  1. Match report

Today against the always difficult ADO for the league. ADO is a kind of fear opponent, we always have a hard time against this team, so we are warned. On an excellent turf (it is artificial grass) we start. We try to put ADO on the defensive as quickly as possible. The first chances or in fact little chances are for us but every time the last pass, the cross or the finishing is not 100 percent. And if the execution is good, there is always the assistant referee along the line who knows how to raise the coach's body temperature. So the halftime score between PSV A 1 and the assistant referee is 0 - 0.
At halftime, the coach explained to us how certain runs could be done differently and/or better and that we should certainly not let our heads get spinning. Patience and patience.
So we start concentrated. And yes, in the 48th minute another good attack via Mo Rayhi and the pass to Geraldo Antonio is perfect and the 1 - 0 is on the board. But we want more. That second goal will bring some more calm to the team so it has to come. But it doesn't fall. ADO also wants more than that zero on the board. They get some more chances and become more brutal in their play. We also get more space now and that results in chances at the other end as well. But we don't manage to take advantage of them and the coach will find out next week what is causing that. Both goalkeepers do their job well and after 95 minutes the referee from Nunspeet whistles for the last time and the coveted three points are in.
Next week Utrecht awaits and this is also an opponent to reckon with. The other results today put us back in first place for the time being.
I would also like to thank Willem and Tim for last week. That was really Top guys.
And Sander, sorry for the previous report. It was the cold or maybe something else, shall we say.
And as the old Chinese used to say: he who makes a mistake and doesn't fix it makes another one.
See you next week and good luck.
