Last Friday, PSV O.17 played a cup match in Breda against NAC O.17.
From the whistle, PSV had most of the ball possession and the opponent tried to become dangerous through quick counter attacks.
In the first half PSV had several opportunities to take the lead but did not score.

In the 45th minute PSV deservedly took the lead. After winning the ball in the opponent's half, Lennerd Daneels was able to shoot the ball into the goal after an individual action in front of the goalie.
PSV had several opportunities to double the score.
Because the chances were not taken, NAC kept believing in making the equalizer.
8 minutes before the end Joey Konings decided the match. Matthias Verreth crossed the ball and Joey got in front of the goalkeeper and tapped the ball into the goal.
Final score 0-2.

Next Saturday, PSV O.17 will play the away game against AZ O.17.
