Last Saturday, PSV O.17 played the away game against Feijenoord O.17.
Beforehand, the assignment was clear for PSV O.17. It had to be won to play in the champions' pool after the winter break.
After an exploratory phase in the beginning of the match, PSV took the initiative.
This resulted in a 1-0 lead in the 13th minute. After a cross from Bobby Adekanye, Joey Konings was able to tap the ball in at the 1st post.
PSV created a few more good chances but partly due to good goalkeeping by the Feijenoord goalkeeper it remained 1-0.
In injury time of the first half, PSV took a free kick at the edge of the penalty area. Dante Rigo took the free kick and his cross was tapped in by Armando Obispo.
Half-time score 2-0.

In the second half Feijenoord went in search of the tying goal. With opportunistic play Feijenoord tried to become dangerous. PSV hardly got into trouble due to good organization and good defensive work of the whole team.
PSV still had the best opportunities to score. But it was Feijenoord's goalkeeper who prevented a bigger result.
Final score 2-0

Thanks to this well-deserved victory, PSV O.17 will play in the champions' pool after the winter break.
