    This match for a place in the Cup semifinals was played at Het Kasteel, Sparta Rotterdam's stadium.

    Mark van Bommel's boys started this match strongly. With beautiful combination football they played Sparta from pillar to post. PSV O19 created a number of good chances, but especially Zakaria Aboukhlal did not have luck on his side yet. But in the 12th minute, after a nice pass from Tijn Daverveld to Justin Lonwijk, Sparta did score. He saw Joel Piroe standing free in the penalty area and he shot the 0-1. It did not stop there. First there was an opportunity for Michal Sadilek in the 16th minute. He made a nice dribble with the ball to the edge of the sixteen meter. unfortunately, his shot with the left just went past the goal on the wrong side of the post. In the 27th minute, it was Amar Catic who, after another very nice attack, saw his cross go straight into the goal, making it 0-2. The picture did not change until the halftime signal. PSV O19 went into the dressing room with a good feeling.

    Sparta Rotterdam emerges slightly better after halftime, but it is still PSV that strikes again in the 50th minute. A nice free kick by Robin Schoonbrood is well headed in from close range by Piroe, who scores his second goal of the afternoon/evening. After this, PSV's play becomes a little too nonchalant. This gives Sparta slightly more opportunities. In the 72nd minute, Youri Roulaux pulled off a fine save and tapped a free kick from the far corner. A small inattention at the back then allowed Sparta to take the 1-3. PSV got two more chances, through two good attacks. But they did not score anymore. This match ended in a well-deserved victory for Mark van Bommel's boys.

    The next match is Saturday, March 17, at ADO Den Haag's Cars Jeans Stadium. This league match starts as early as 1 p.m. .
