    The report

For the first league match after the winter break, Mark van Bommel's boys immediately had a tough game on the schedule. An away game against Feyenoord.

At noon, it was first PSV O17's turn to lead by example. And whether they did. After falling behind 3-0, coach Kristof Aelbrecht's boys turned this deficit into a 3-4 victory.

So supporters of both sides sat up and took notice. It was not until the 19th minute that PSV goalkeeper Youri Roulaux had to come into action. With a good save, he tapped in a corner. The rest of the first half was uneventful. It mainly took place between both penalty corners, with some nice and tough duels, but that was no problem for the referee (and rightly so). Thus, we went to rest with a 0-0 on the scoreboard.

The second half began with more initiative on PSV's part. Only a shot by Sekou Sidibe in the 50th minute didn't get any further. Both teams stood well defensively and gave almost nothing away and the duels also remained on the edge after halftime. In the 70th minute it was Amar Catic who on the back line outplayed his opponent in a great way, only then he tried to surprise the Feyenoord goalkeeper in the short corner . Unfortunately this attempt on the wrong side of the post went past him. And so this match ended in a 0-0 final score.

Saturday, Jan. 20, the boys of PSV O19 play a home game against AZ. Let's hope they can make the net move again then.

    Setup:
