Today the friendly match against Mechelen was scheduled. The first part of the match went evenly with good chances for both sides. It was the Mechelen goalkeeper who prevented PSV from taking the lead. Only in the second part, PSV could take distance.

On a pass from Jaivy, Jesper was able to tap in from a great opportunity 1-0. Shortly afterwards Julian placed the ball low into the corner on a cross pass from Thijn 2-0. Right after that Mechelen came back with a long distance shot 2-1. After weak defense by Mechelen the ball went to Thijn who shot the ball hard 3-1. Not long after Thijn sent in a good cross from the right at the 2nd post which Jeb was free to head in 4-1. From a solo Jaivy shot the 5-1. Shortly before the third, Luc gave the ball to Jaivy who was able to shoot hard and high 6-1.

In the third, Thijn was able to head in from a corner kick by Julian 7-1. A solo from Jaivy made it 8-1. Then it was Lars' turn to score 9-1 from a solo. In the final minute Jaivy made it 10-1 from a one-two with Luc.
