This practice match was played in three 20-minute periods.

PSV started the match well by putting PEC under pressure. PEC had problems with that in the beginning of the match. After 10 minutes in the first period, PEC got better in the match. This was partly because PSV was sloppy in passing. It took until the 17th minute before there was a goal. Amin captured the ball in midfield. His cross was laid out by Genrich for Djurre. His distance shot went tight into the top left corner, 1-0.

In the second period both teams were initially equal. In the 25th minute Jur pushed forward well. His shot was turned into a corner. Thomas' corner was headed in by Nigel, 2-0. Two minutes later the score was high again. A back pass to the PEC goalkeeper was played into the feet of Jeremy. Jeremy shot hard and high into the goal, 3-0. With this, PEC's resistance was broken. The remainder of the period PSV kept the opponent under pressure. No real chances were created.

In the third period, PSV kept PEC under continuous pressure. This led to the next goal in the 53rd. A deep pass to Genrich was tightly shot by him 4-0. This was also the final score.
