    The report

This weekend ADO Den Haag was a guest at De Herdgang. PSV O15 was the host and had something to put right after the deserved defeat against Ajax last weekend. ADO had to be the victim of the Eindhoven drive. In the match in The Hague, the Eindhoveners took the full spoils by winning 0-1. What will today's match bring?

The first chance was for the home team. Mohamed Nassoh pulled out the box of tricks, sent two men into the woods and played Dylan Hopman to Dylan Hopman who then cleverly put Martijn Zuijderwijk away. The ADO goalkeeper was alert and came out of his goal quickly, blocking Martijn's effort. PSV set the tone, had most of the ball possession but had to be alert to the speedy ADO forwards. PSV had some chances in the first half. But it was unfortunate in finishing. For example, Ruben van Bommel did not hit the ball full after a good cross from Milan van de Riet. In the 17th minute, Dylan was closest to the lead. He cleverly ran away from his opponent but shot at the post. The same Dylan was again in promising position moments later but could only scrape Milan's cross instead of hitting it full on. Still, PSV took the lead before the halftime signal. An ADO defender thought he could calmly defend via his own goal area but suddenly played the ball at the feet of Milan who, via a quarter turn, suddenly hit the ball full on and saw it end up in the top right corner. What a beautiful goal!!!

In the second half, the game was a little more balanced. Neither team had many chances. PSV did build its lead. After some fine defensive work by D'Leanu Arts in the 48th minute, the ball went to Milan van de Riet, who moved the game to the left side and gave the quick Ruben van Bommel the chance to score the 2-0 with a subtle lob. Just before time, the home team came close to scoring the third goal. But the Hague goalkeeper first turned away a free kick from Mylian Jimenez and then threw himself in front of Jasper Huijzer's rebound.

Thus, PSV deservedly won 2-0 from ADO Den Haag. And it was able to polish off last week's very mediocre match. Next weekend the O15 will play at home again. The surprise of the competition, FC Volendam, comes to visit.

Setup: Aron van Lare (c); D'Leanu Arts, Jenson Seelt (18' Milan Vossen), Jesse Giebels, Nawaaz Landfeld; Mylian Jimenez, Dylan Hopman (41' Jasper Huijzer), Mohamed Nassoh (56' Cel Teunen); Martijn Zuijderwijk, Milan van de Riet, Ruben van Bommel.
