Top match for F1

The previous match against DBS E3, the F1 played a very difficult game that ended in 4-1, thanks in part to two own goals by DBS.

The past few weeks have also been a bit difficult. After two narrow defeats against SBC and Bladella, it was time to not only show good football, but to let that good football lead to the much deserved goals. And our boys did that in unprecedented fashion.

After a cautious start in which DBS had a few very big chances to score, the PSV-ers completely took control of the game and overwhelmed their opponent.

Robin, Joost, Thomas, Luuk, Djurre, Mathijs, Mo I and Jeremy showed that everything the trainers have tried to convey this first year at PSV has arrived.

It was (unfortunately only) a short hour of enjoyment at the beautiful complex of DBS, in great weather. Our little PSV'ers managed to effectively alternate the finest combinations with beautiful individual actions and wonderful goals. Everyone had a lot of eye for each other and fun and commitment shone through. A typical example of 'flow'.
The final score? No less than 12-0, with almost the entire team involved in many of the goals.

All in all a great 'start' to a few more exciting final league weeks in which there is still a chance for the championship thanks to WVVZ's win over SBC this weekend.
