PSV pulverizes Feyenoord
In the first top match in the Champions League, PSV faced Feyenoord at home on Saturday. In the first real showdown of the second half of the season, PSV struck hard. The guests from Rotterdam had no chance in Eindhoven and suffered a 6-1 defeat.
Due to circumstances (Mido get well!), the reporter saw only a limited part of the match so that it must suffice with a rendering of the scoring. In the 11th minute Jaivy scored the 1-0 after a free kick by Sven. In the 19th minute, Jamal made it 2-0 after an assist from Shi-jon. In the 28th minute, Sven scored 3-0 on a pass from Ruben, who then scored 4-0 himself at the stroke of halftime. A minute after halftime, Jamal scored his second of the afternoon after an assist from Matteo, 0-5, and 10 minutes later Chahid completed the half-dozen, 6-0. A few minutes before time, Feyenoord then saved the honor and set the final score at 6-1.
A great and deserved victory for PSV, which also allows a somewhat better assessment of where it stands in the championship league. Next week, PSV plays at 2:30 p.m. against FC Utrecht.
