    Point difference for PSV B1
On Friday afternoon, PSV B1 played the league game against Feyenoord B1. The home side dominated most of the match, but failed to create the chances on offer, so the game ended in a draw.

It took some time before the first goal was scored. Imad Najah saw goalkeeper Robbert Post standing a little too far in front of his goal and tried his luck with a well-aimed distance shot. Unfortunately, the lob missed the target. Moments later there is another chance for PSV when right back Stefano Marzo comes up and delivers a cross to Josemar Makiavala. However, he is already too close to the goal, making the chance difficult. Then it is again Makiavala who tries to make things difficult for Feyenoord. A shot with feeling goes only just over the cross. Feyenoord tries to do something back, but attackers Isoufi and van la Parra are well watched by PSV's defense. There are then about twenty-five minutes on the clock when last man Dries Wuytens is allowed to come on from the defense. On the edge of the sixteen he unleashes a placed shot, which rolls in perfectly into the corner.

The joy, and the lead, are short-lived, however. Already within two minutes it is equal again when the PSV defense does not get rid of a ball well enough. Ricky van Haaren is able to pick up the ball and he shoots it into the goal. Even before halftime, PSV tries to regain the lead. It is almost there when Makiavala gives a through ball to Youness Mokhtar. However, the goalkeeper gets there just in time. Just before the final whistle there is another chance for Mokhtar, but the angle with the goal is too small and he shoots against the goalkeeper.

Shortly after halftime there is an almost identical action by Mokhtar. Again the striker shoots into the short corner, but again the goalkeeper is able to parry. From the following corner kick Makiavala headed just past. Feyenoord is mainly forced back into the defense, but gets out of the danger every now and then. The PSV defense remained alert, giving Kelle Roos a seemingly quiet afternoon. Towards the end of the match substitute Engin Bekdemir gets a chance to decide the match. With a good action on the left side he tries to reach Makiavala, but it takes just a little too long.

Little changes in the standings for the time being. Feyenoord and PSV remain in third and fourth place, respectively. PSV can still be beaten by FC Twente/Heracles or SC Heerenveen, who are due to play each other tomorrow.
