  1. Match report

After last week's draw, today's opponent was De Valk. The old club of "our Joe". It seems he was already bouncing this morning to start the match. Apparently the other boys had adopted this because PSV starts the game strongly. De Valk quickly retreats to their own half, making the spaces small. PSV still managed to find the free man and the game was shifted well. In the first good attack the game was a winner. After a good combination via Joey and Davy, Koen finally reached Roland, who controlled the ball well and scored the 1-0. One minute later the goalie of De Valk had to leave the field with an injury and after a break of about 4 minutes the game could resume. PSV does not seem to be out of rhythm and continues as they started. Soon it is 2-0 via the left side where Rico, Bryan and Koen play one-touch football to Davy, who appreciates this attack and puts the ball over the goalkeeper into the long corner. The 3-0 was also a beautiful attack in which the free man was sought after well and Roland finally delivered to Davy. Then we have to wait until the 15th minute when Rico with a good action plays his opponent on the back line of his own half and then finds Joey. The latter sees Yassin running free who again finds Joop and then it's cat in the box 4-0. Just before half time there are chances for Koen (header over) and Joop sees his effort stopped after a nice action. Yassin also gets a chance, but the ball just bounces away.
In the second half, PSV continues where they ended the first half. After 2 minutes it is again a goal. At first Roland's effort was stopped after a good attack via Joey and Joop. In the next attack he scored 5-0. Not long after, Joop's dribble was interrupted, but Joey was on the spot and fired in the 6th. Now it is going quite fast. From a corner kick the smallest player on the field (Joop) manages to head in between the long men to make it 7-0. A little later a clever action by Joop who finds Roland who makes it 8-0. On the 9th goal, Davy starts a slalom through the defense where he finally finds Roland. Then it is the turn of Bryan who catches the ball well, runs up and strikes out, that was No.10. Then it's Joop again for the 11th of the day. De Valk which then comes in front of Pepijn's goal for only the 2nd time, then makes the honorary goal before PSV through Rico and Davy puts the final score of 13-1 on the scoreboard.
Boys congratulations. Well played and a good win and a proper revenge on last week.
