PSV C2 recovered well Saturday in a wet and windy Breda from the somewhat weak practice game against MVV a week earlier. The only thing PSV failed to do against NAC Breda was to score, because already in the first quarter of the game it should have been 0-3 and the game would have been decided before half-time. Now NAC was able to take the lead twice and PSV was always trying to reduce the gap. Only late in the second half was the match decided by Lennerd Daneels' second goal. Very useful points, as PSV has it in their own hands next week to finish second in the league behind Feyenoord. After the winter break, the C2 will enter a new league with teams from Pool South and Pool North. Again, Sparta and Feyenoord will be the opponents, along with AZ, Ajax and Volendam, among others.
