Match report:
Today PSV did not start with the familiar line-up against low-fly OJC from Rosmalen. In this case, some PSV players were not in their favorite and usual spot in the first half. It ended up being a fun and goal-rich match.
PSV started somewhat uncomfortably, but did not play badly in this lineup. Still, OJC took the lead very early in the game after a corner kick. PSV put things in order within 10 minutes. But, PSV then did not press on. OJC, on the other hand, played with freshness, guts and also had a lucky day today in which much if not everything worked out. Every OJC goal attempt flew into the net. And so OJC was very surprisingly in the lead at halftime.
After halftime every PSV player was back in place. PSV was now at full throttle. OJC was allowed to take the lead once more and sniff for a stunt. After that it was all PSV. PSV equalized again and then very decisively and relatively simply ran out to a big score. But, for a single moment, OJC from Rosmalen allowed PSV to settle. Fortunately, only a very small moment. Next week an away game in Venlo against the local subtopper is on the schedule. There PSV can take another step closer to a championship.
