In 1988, PSV was the first club, with Romário de Souza Faria, to bring a Brazilian football player to the Eredivisie. It turned out to be a resounding success, creating a permanent stage for Brazilian football talent in Eindhoven. A stage that has already been entered by 25 Brazilians. From the past with Ronaldo, Alex and Gomes, to the present with Mauro JR and André Ramalho. Each one an inspiration for the new generation.

With this year's new 'Brazilian kit', the union between Brazil and PSV plays a starring role. For example, on the inside of the collar of this shirt you will find the Portuguese translation of our slogan Eendracht maakt Macht: A União Faz a Força. The PSV Third Shirt 2024-2025 features a mix of Brazilian elements and the Eindhoven 'vibes' on the collar and sleeves.
